Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or other agreed-upon electronic payment methods.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis and rescheduled promptly.

The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all areas scheduled for cleaning. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing personal items from the work area.
